When in the Course of The Trans-Atlantic Slave Trade Of Africans it becomes necessary for one Tribe to dissolve the political bands which have connected them with a corporation, government, society, citizenship and capitalism and to assume among the powers of the earth, the separate and equal station to which the Laws of Nature and of Nature’s God entitle them, a decent respect to the opinions of mankind requires that they should declare the causes which impel them to the separation. We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Freedom and Wealth. — That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, Chiefs are instituted among the Tribe deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, — That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the Tribe to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government or Tribal Freedom, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness. Prudence, indeed, will dictate that Governments long established should not be changed for light and transient causes; and accordingly all experience hath shewn that mankind are more disposed to suffer, while evils are sufferable than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which they are accustomed. But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future Security, Peace, and Wealth. — Such has been the patient sufferance of this Tribe; and such is now the necessity which constrains them to alter their former Systems of Government. The history of the monarchy of the UK and capitalism of U.S. is a history of repeated injuries and usurpations, all having in direct object the establishment of an absolute Tyranny over the Western Hemisphere. The Declaration Of Tribe is a documented affirmation, timeline, manifesto, for so-called "Blacks" and/or "African-Americans" to begin to shift their paradigms to and identify with. These titles are not races, ethnicity, or nationalities. These titles were given by given post Portuguese, Spanish, British, and French imperialism and colonialism, after Negro and "colored" became taboo and socially unacceptable to the fabric of America. These were titles given to us, the descendants of slaves as ways to be systematically studied and catogorized as a demographic for the census, voting registeries, economic vitality, criminal profiling and numerous other ways of institutional control and dominance. By admitting to being "Black" is also admitting to the antithesis of " "White", which is also a creation of America that is not a race, ethnicity, or nationality. This birthed White Supremacy and Black Oppression. "Black America" has historically been oppressed by and inferior to "White America" due to "White" being supreme. B.I.A.D. gives Black America and all Africans in the West a nationality and flag to claim independence, sovereignty, and tribal heritage under our Creator.
